Sloane Avenue. Alessandro Diddi suffers another setback before the Court of Cassation

Alessandro Diddi contradicted by the Court of Cassation. The appeal proceedings continue without him

Vatican City – The Court of Cassation of the Vatican City State has declared inadmissible the appeal lodged by the Promoter of Justice against the conviction handed down against the defendants in the so-called Sloane Avenue trial.

Moreover, being aware that the motion for recusal would have been upheld, Alessandro Diddi formally filed his withdrawal from the appeal proceedings this morning.

It is now time to proceed immediately with the removal of Alessandro Diddi as Promoter of Justice of the Vatican City State, since he has already caused serious damage to the image and credibility of the State and of the Pope. This confirms how, in recent years, individuals have been promoted who have no real knowledge of Vatican law, nor of canon law, and who show no genuine love for the Church or for the Pope.
